* To advise clients as part of our duty of care to seek proper medical care and attention for any illness and disease which the client has disclosed, or if we discern from our observation that there are circumstances which indicate that further medical investigation is potentially warranted, for example, a notifiable infectious disease

* To offer a professional practice of the highest standard with regards to client confidentiality and safe-keeping of client records

* To develop a foundational relationship with clients in a supportive clinic setting based on trust, decency, honesty, true intimacy, transparency, and simplicity

* In an equal relationship support clients to observe, read and understand the energetic root causes of the disturbances, disharmonies, and negative emotional impacts on the body

* We both hold current Working with Children certificates and we treat and counsel children of all ages (0 to18 years) only under both parent’s written authorised consent and supervision. In all cases we have a clinic policy that we only see children after having had an initial session with the parents, as it is fundamental in understanding and intuiting the whole family environment that the child belongs to, and how they are being raised, via ancestral and family of origin values and beliefs, religious and cultural practices, and educational views

* Each client must complete and sign a client consent form before any sessions can commence. We do not instruct or prompt clients to book healing or counselling sessions. Clients are responsible for booking any further sessions with practitioners, as we know implicitly that they are receiving healing from their Soul and therefore are under this guidance and or the free will of their spirit

* Occasionally clients may experience uncomfortable symptoms from an energetic healing session, based on what is arising, and or processing through the body from what they have specifically nominated or activated to heal within. Our care and nurturing is all-encompassing, practical and common sense in these moments

* Our clinic operates with complete respect for and in accordance with sound WHS practices, we are insured for all Universal Medicine modalities that we offer, and are compliant with the National Code of Conduct for Health Care Workers, and the Health Care Complaints Commission code of conduct for unregistered health practitioners

* As members of the Esoteric Practitioners Association, we follow stringent guidelines in accordance with which we are unable to treat anyone with a current or recent diagnosis of mental illness, severe stress and trauma as this is outside our field of expertise. We reserve the right to discontinue a session, without cost to the client, if we feel that the client is significantly emotionally unstable, opting for a sensitive approach that refers the client to the correct professional assistance and care

* In the event that we identify a client has the potential to self-harm or harm others or we recognise a crisis situation, instability, risk, neglect or abuse, we are responsible to refer the client with care and confidentiality to the appropriate professional, medical and emergency services. In consultation with the client we will contact their significant person nominated on their client consent form and inform them of the situation. When there are risk concerns we will comply with NSW mandatory reporting legislation

* We cannot and will not offer the Universal Medicine therapies for anyone who presents for a session intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol
